In this service, we will delve into the biblical teachings on forgiveness and learn practical insights on how to let go of resentment and anger. Forgiveness is not always easy, but it a vital part of our spiritual journey.

forgive /fəˈɡɪv/ verb
1. to stop feeling anger or resentment towards someone for an offence, flaw or mistake.
2. to cancel a debt.

As with most of my body of work, my images tell stories that can happen to anyone. They talk about pure concepts and emotions. When I create something, I am probably feeling that way. Thre’s no exception with “Forgiveness”

I was able to finish this emotional illustration after a long grudge. Forgiving someone is forgiving you first for the rage and hate you felt.

It’s something growing inside of you. I depicted that as a tree, and I set it in flames as a symbol of getting rid of what was hurting you, allowing you to go on with your life. On the other hand, you can see this illustration as the total opposite: the person being forgiven, with the tree standing as a metaphor of the mistake, finally burning.

“Forgiveness” is epic, emotional and is all about redemption and love, for one self, and for everyone else. It offers and iconic composition full of color and passion, but at the same time, its static nature suggest peace after an emotional war. It shows such a wide ride of feelings that it is perfect for any kind of space, turning it into a bold emotional experience.

🙏 Urgent Call for Support and Prayers! I kindly request you all to join me in lifting up my dear friend Mondo Rodriguez in prayer. Mondo is battling cancer, and he needs our love, support, and encouragement now more than ever.

Mondo is not only a good friend but also a part of our Faith Center family. As a hardworking truck driver, he has always been there for us when he's in town. However, due to his current health condition, he has been unable to work and is facing financial challenges.

I humbly ask for your help in making a difference in Mondo's life. Any contribution, no matter how big or small, will go a long way in easing his financial burdens and providing him with the necessary resources for his treatment.

WHAT WE LEARN FROM JESUS
Jesus was betrayed, abandoned, and forsaken, he was also loved and hated and still he moved forward to give his life for the world, we are to follow Jesus and model his ways.

WHAT WE LEARN FROM JOSEPH
GENESIS 37:2-4 (NKJV)
2 This is the history of Jacob.
Joseph, being seventeen years old, was feeding the flock with his brothers. And the lad was with the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father’s wives; and Joseph brought a bad report of them to his father.
3 Now Israel loved Joseph more than all his children, because he was the son of his old age. Also he made him a tunic of many colors.
4 But when his brothers saw that their father loved him more than all his brothers, they hated him and could not speak peaceably to him.
GENESIS 45:1-15 - JOSEPH LETTING GO.
