“O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: For his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks unto the God of gods: For his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks to the Lord of Lords: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him who alone doeth great wonders: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him that by wisdom made the heavens: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him that stretched out the earth above the waters: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him that made great lights: For his mercy endureth for ever: The sun to rule by day: For his mercy endureth for ever: The moon and stars to rule by night: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him that smote Egypt in their firstborn: For his mercy endureth for ever: And brought out Israel from among them: For his mercy endureth for ever: With a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him which divided the Red sea into parts: For his mercy endureth for ever: And made Israel to pass through the midst of it: For his mercy endureth for ever: But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him which led his people through the wilderness: For his mercy endureth for ever. To him which smote great kings: For his mercy endureth for ever: And slew famous kings: For his mercy endureth for ever: Sihon king of the Amorites: For his mercy endureth for ever: And Og the king of Bashan: For his mercy endureth for ever: And gave their land for an heritage: For his mercy endureth for ever: Even an heritage unto Israel his servant: For his mercy endureth for ever. Who remembered us in our low estate: For his mercy endureth for ever: And hath redeemed us from our enemies: For his mercy endureth for ever. Who giveth food to all flesh: For his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks unto the God of heaven: For his mercy endureth for ever.”
‭‭Psalm‬ ‭136‬:‭1‬-‭26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: For his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks unto the God of gods: For his mercy endureth for ever. O give thanks to the Lord of lords: For his mercy end

“For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; to them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you. Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: but I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭9‬:‭19‬-‭27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

The only way Jesus could complete His purpose —- was to stay focused on the end result. The Bible says that he was tempted in all ways - this tells me that he had to put His emotions aside at times. Did he consider not completing what was asked of him - of course he did. He was able to push through and that is what we must do as well. Let us be reminded to invite God into those moments when we are to weak to say not my will but thine be done. He will give us the strength needed to stay focused and push through in order for the purpose of our life to be fulfilled - in Jesus name

The journey of a life time ….. a journey with The Lord will be ever growing for each one of us. God with His infinite knowledge has lead humanity for thousands of years. This happens slowly and at times He instantly reveals His truth to us all. He is so incredible with how He can teach us on such a personal level. I am thankful that at times when I needed milk - He gave me milk. And just as a newborn babe grows in knowledge and stature - we all grow physically and spiritually. And again God with his infinite knowledge recognizes the perfect time to add new things to our spiritual diet. We are His hands and feet and I pray that we remember to bring both milk and meat to the table at all times. May The Lord guide us as we help to feed His people - In Jesus mighty name amen. 🙌

”But when Christ appeared as a High Priest of the good things to come [that is, true spiritual worship], He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not a part of this [material] creation. He went once for all into the Holy Place [the Holy of Holies of heaven, into the presence of God], and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, having obtained and secured eternal redemption [that is, the salvation of all who personally believe in Him as Savior]. For if the sprinkling of [ceremonially] defiled persons with the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a [burnt] heifer is sufficient for the cleansing of the body, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal [Holy] Spirit willingly offered Himself unblemished [that is, without moral or spiritual imperfection as a sacrifice] to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works and lifeless observances to serve the ever living God? For this reason He is the Mediator and Negotiator of a new covenant [that is, an entirely new agreement uniting God and man], so that those who have been called [by God] may receive [the fulfillment of] the promised eternal inheritance, since a death has taken place [as the payment] which redeems them from the sins committed under the obsolete first covenant. For where there is a will and testament involved, the death of the one who made it must be established, for a will and testament takes effect [only] at death, since it is never in force as long as the one who made it is alive. So even the first covenant was not put in force without [the shedding of] blood. For when every commandment in the Law had been read by Moses to all the people, he took the blood of the calves and goats [which had been sacrificed], together with water and scarlet wool and with a bunch of hyssop, and he sprinkled both the scroll itself and all the people, saying, “This is the blood of the covenant [that seals and ratifies the agreement] which God ordained and commanded [me to deliver to] you.” And in the same way he sprinkled both the tabernacle and all the containers and sacred utensils of worship with the blood. In fact under the Law almost everything is cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness [neither release from sin and its guilt, nor cancellation of the merited punishment]. Therefore it was necessary for the [earthly] copies of the heavenly things to be cleansed with these, but the heavenly things themselves required far better sacrifices than these. For Christ did not enter into a holy place made with hands, a mere copy of the true one, but [He entered] into heaven itself, now to appear in the very presence of God on our behalf; nor did He [enter into the heavenly sanctuary to] offer Himself again and again, as the high priest enters the Holy Place every year with blood that is not his own. Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer over and over since the foundation of the world; but now once for all at the consummation of the ages He has appeared and been publicly manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. And just as it is appointed and destined for all men to die once and after this [comes certain] judgment, so Christ, having been offered once and once for all to bear [as a burden] the sins of many, will appear a second time [when he returns to earth], not to deal with sin, but to bring salvation to those who are eagerly and confidently waiting for Him.“

“For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”
