091524 • PREPARED THE WAY PART 1
Just this past Sunday was the launch of “PREPARE THE WAY”! We were all in the same Bible story with adults, youth, and kids! We are so excited to see what God has in store with us throughout this journey! And it’s even more exciting that all of us are in it together! Just like Joshua and Caleb we need to TRUST God and not let FEAR get the best of us.

START THE PARTY • VBS 2024
Way to go Party Starters! Thank you for letting your kids hang out with us this week! Visit us again to keep learning what it means to celebrate Jesus and start a party for the people around us. We had 89 kids join us for this year’s VBS! 7 kids said yes to Jesus for the first time! And collected $1,710.48 this week to go towards our Panama Missions Project which we have raised $5,170.87! (we have been raising funds since Fall of 2023) Our missionary friends Kirk and Yvonne Jones thank you from the bottom of their hearts!

In our Elementary Rooms are theme this month is… TRAINING CAMP! Commitment is part of God’s nature and how God interacts with us, keeping promises and putting plans into action. God’s commitment to us is just one of the many reasons we can trust God no matter what. And because God’s promises and plans came true in Jesus, we can be with God forever. We reflect God’s character when we make a plan and stick to it. This month, we’ll help kids discover that one of the best plans they can make is to commit to an ongoing relationship with Jesus. We hope they commit to practicing their faith by reading God’s Word, praying to God honestly and consistently, talking about God with others, and living for God in how they show love throughout the everyday.

Happy May 1st! This month is all about introducing preschoolers to God – the One who loves them with a love that lasts forever. When it comes to preschoolers and what they know about God, there are a few faith skills we want to make sure they have in their little red wagon. We want every child to know that they can hear from God, pray to God, talk about God to others, and live for God. We hope they will pull these faith skills around, wherever they go, for the rest of their lives. Then they can go with confidence because they have the faith skills needed for whatever comes their way.

(Baptism) SUNDAY RECAP 04/28/24
In both Elementary and Preschool we wrapped up our monthly series! In preschool to wrap up our SHINE series we learned that Jesus can shine within you! Our monthly memory verse was: “Let your light shine” (Matthew 5:16). In our Elementary Rooms we finished up our Cookout series where we learned about patience and how it’s worth the wait.
