With the current development that is happening worldwide regarding COVID-19, we have prayed, plan and considered the health advisories provided by the World Health Organization(WHO), Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), both the California Department of Public Health and San Diego County Health about precautionary actions to limit the potential transmission of the COVID-19 virus to our meetings.
Our leadership have decided to make every effort to follow these guidelines and take every precaution necessary to limit risk.

We would like to give you two options that you may consider doing for our Sunday Worship Service.

1. Watch our service Online at Home

- If you are showing symptoms of respiratory infection or
posing higher risk of catching respiratory infection (see
CDC guidelines) such as...
* Older adults
* People who have serious chronic medical
conditions like:
- Heart disease
- Diabetes
- Lung disease
*** (PLEASE OPT TO STAY AT HOME) ***

- Watch and interact with our FB Live Worship Service
- You can also give through Venmo(please click on photo
link below) and our website online giving as well.

2. Worship with us in person. Our church will still be open
on Sunday. Our service will proceed as usual.
Nonetheless, we will observe extra precautionary
hygienic steps while on the premises such as...

* Use of hand sanitizers and frequent hand washing.
* Available gloves and mask to use
* Observing social distancing by allowing extra spacing
between seats as desired during fellowship.

- If you are well and healthy or considered low risk,
we encourage you to still come and fellowship with us.

From Pastor Jon:

I hope that you and your family are all well in the midst of this challenging times this season. The bible speaks about this kind of things happening in Matthew 24:7,

“Nations will go to war against each other and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be terrible earthquakes—seismic events of epic proportion, HORRIBLE EPIDEMICS and famines in place after place.

We as believers and people of faith must put our trust in the Lord Jesus Christ who controls all things and knows all things during this time of trouble. We must guard our hearts and minds as to not allow fear to set it and dominate our lives and actions moving forward.

God didn't give us a spirit of fear as its mentioned in
2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. He gave us the Holy Spirit who will comfort us, strengthen us and direct us in our lives.

Apostle Paul encourages us in Philippians 4:6-7 to not worry but instead pray. 6 "Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. 7 Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus."

I pray that God will not only give every person peace in their hearts but also joy or gladness knowing that God remains in his throne and that He will never leave us nor forsake us even in the most trying moments that we go through everyday. God bless you all!

With my Love and Blessing,

Pastor Jon Mejica
