Holy Saturday

Today feels quiet.
The cross already happened.
The resurrection has not yet arrived.

This was the day of silence.
The disciples felt confusion.
Hope seemed buried.
Fear filled the room.

Jesus lay in the tomb.
The stone was sealed.
Everything looked finished.

But God was still working.

Sometimes your life feels like Saturday.
Prayers seem unanswered.
Pain still hurts.
Hope feels distant.

Saturday teaches patience.
Saturday teaches trust.
Saturday reminds you God works even in silence.

Because Sunday is coming.

Matthew 27:60
“He rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre, and departed.”

The stone looked final.
It was not.

Tomorrow brings victory.
Tomorrow brings life.
Tomorrow brings resurrection.

Wait with hope today.
Sunday is coming. ✝️
He is not finished. 🌅

Quiero invitarles a tomar un momento para recordar lo más importante de la Semana Santa.

Recordemos el sufrimiento de Jesús
Las espinas que perforaron su cabeza
Los clavos en sus manos y pies
El dolor que llevó por amor a nosotros

Isaías 53:5 dice:
“Mas él herido fue por nuestras transgresiones, molido por nuestras iniquidades; el castigo de nuestra paz fue sobre él, y por sus llagas fuimos nosotros curados.”

Jesús sufrió
Jesús murió
Pero también Jesús resucitó

La cruz muestra su amor
La tumba vacía muestra su victoria

Durante estos días, mientras muchos piensan en vacaciones o tradiciones, tomemos tiempo para recordar:

• Su traición
• Su sufrimiento
• Su sacrificio
• Su muerte
• Su resurrección
• Su victoria

Juan 3:16
“Porque de tal manera amó Dios al mundo, que ha dado a su Hijo unigénito…”

Que esta Semana Santa recordemos el amor que sangró por nosotros y la esperanza que resucitó.
