"Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body[a] and in your spirit, which are God’s." (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

O - Our labor is not in vain in the Lord. " Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the

Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 15:58)

S - Strengthened through Christ, therefore, I can do all things. Building Relationship with God. (Psalm 100:4, 103:1-5, 108)

E - Eternal, never ending, lifestyle with faith in action. (1 Timothy 6:12-16)

L - Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, ti does not boast, its is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. (1 Corinthians 13:4-5)

C - Conform not to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. (Romans 12:2)

I - Increase your faith. The Apostles said unto the Lord. And the Lord said, "If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in the sea; and it should obey you." (Luke 17:5-6)

S - Zeal. Eager, persistent, fervent. E - Exercise. Temple of God, exertion made for the sake of physical fitness. (1 Timothy 4:8; 1 Corinthians 6:19)
