Attention NBSD, January is Spirtual Readinees Month!
Spiritual Readiness Proclamation by Commanding Officer (Captain Heeley):

Whereas spirtual readiness fosters a sense of belonging, unity, cohesion, teamwork, inclusivity, opennes and understanding by providing shared values and principles that are critical to mission success, building trust among team members and strenthening military bonds; and
Whereas, spiritual readiness contributes to emotional and psychological resilience, enabling the healthy navigation of stress and adversity, and providing a framework for finding meaning and hope in times of challenge; and
Whereas spiritual readiness is essential for enhancing well-being, resilience and ethical foundation, thereby enhancing readiness and mission effectiveness.

Let it be known, therefore, that I CAPTAIN ROBERT HEELEY Commanding Officer of NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO do here proclaim the month of January as Spiritual Readiness Month and urge all actively participate in the scheduled activities, events and program sponsured by NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO Chapel.
