Join VitalChurch Ministry in Orlando, FL for a training event designed to equip interim pastors, denominational leaders, and anyone else interested in helping churches in some kind of transition. Our training flows from a theology that places Christ and his purposes at the center of genuine church revitalization.

During this four-day event, participants will discover strategies to diagnose real problems, facilitate change, resolve conflict, manage destructive power brokers, and deal with the idols at the root of many congregational issues.

This weekend, our team was in Indianapolis presenting a comprehensive church assessment report to a local congregation.

Please join us in welcoming our new Board Member, Emily Simmons!

Emily is passionate about serving others through ministry, leadership, and mentoring. She has served in Deaf Ministry for more than a decade, including leading a sign language ministry in Orlando and serving at Saddleback Church. Emily also brings extensive nonprofit leadership experience, including service on her children's school foundation board.

Professionally, Emily is Vice President of Sales, East, at Synaptic Medical, where she leads commercialization efforts for innovative electrophysiology technologies. She and her husband, Ryan, have three children and have relocated to Florida to be closer to family.

We are grateful for Emily's passion for serving the local church and look forward to the wisdom and leadership she will bring as we continue cultivating clarity, purpose, and hope for churches.

Please join us in welcoming our new Board Member, Ron Blomberg!

Ron's satisfaction in life comes from thirty-four years of working as a pastor in six
parishes, and twenty-three years at Biola University, where he was introduced to the
world of spiritual formation and care of the soul, and cultivated a world view that
emphasized stewardship in all of life. He is the author of a best selling book, “God’s Special Needs Children.”

He and his wife, Cyndi, have been married for 51 years, have four children and twelve grandchildren, and now call Lebanon, Tennessee, home.

We are grateful for Ron's wisdom, servant heart, and passion for the local church, and we're excited to have him join our Board of Directors as we continue cultivating clarity, purpose, and hope for churches.
