September 20th: A night of prayer with The Chosen. $10 fish dinner at 4 pm, followed by a time of prayer and an episode of The Chosen. Invite a friend! Sign up at Roadhouse so we have an accurate count for dinner.

September 27th: The Jericho Run. Meet at Roadhouse at noon for a Bike Blessing & Ride. Brothers and sisters in Christ lifting up the valley in prayer. Dinner at Woody's in Grand Terrace to follow.

This 4th of July, we will celebrate our 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It’s not just for proud Patriotic Freedom Loving Americans. It's for Christian Americans to give thanks to God for His blessings, Grace and Guidance He has provided and continues to pour out on this semiquincentennial celebration of the Greatest Nation on the face of the planet. Our Nation has achieved more in 250 years than any other civilization in the history of mankind. Whether it be in science, industrial innovation, medicine, democracy, military advancement, technology, and the world leader in finance that markets the world over set standards too. By far, the most important and undeniable source for the awe inspiring success of the "American Experiment" has been our Faith in God, as a Nation.
Our Founding Fathers laid it all on the line and stood against impossible odds for the Hope of creating a never before seen Nation, built on the ideal that "All men were created equal".
They met, prayed and searched the scriptures for wisdom, direction and inspiration from the One True Living God, and He did not disappoint. When the Declaration of Independence was completed, they knew with all their hearts, to the very core of their being, that very Hand of God had guided the quills that would change the nation for generations to come. It was that unyielding, absolute conviction of Faith that set in motion what we now celebrate 250 years later.
Much has changed and much has stayed exactly the same as it was then.
Our Powerful, Patriotic Nation will continue to grow and thrive, the Red, White and Blue, our amazing Standard of Freedom will continue to fly over the Home of the Brave, and our God, our Savior and King Jesus Christ will Reign Forever.
By His Grace and Mercy, His Holy Spirit will lead and light the way for generations to come.

Memorial Day message from Pastor Denver:

As we gather today on a weekend that serves as a Bridge between the Seasons, but more importantly, as a bridge between our present Freedoms and the Sacrifices of our past. Memorial Day is more than just the unofficial start of summer or a day for backyard barbecues. It is a Day of National Pause. A day when the hustle and bustle of our lives should yield to the quiet, Solemn Rows of White Headstones that line the hills of Arlington and thousands of local cemeteries across this Great Land. We are here to honor the men and women who didn't just sign a contract, but who signed a blank check made payable to the United States of America for an amount up to and including their very lives.
We all understand that the concepts of Sacrifice, Service, and Remembrance are not just good excuses for a wild weekend party. They are deeply woven into the fabric of our Spiritual and Patriotic DNA as Americans. Today, we look at Memorial Day through the lens of the Freedoms we enjoy in this Great Nation, as a precious gift, mirrored by the ultimate freedom we find in Christ. We should take time to pause in silent prayer, to reflect reverently and honor our duty of remembrance, of the heavy price of our freedom, paid by those that gave up any chance of living a good life, getting married, raising children and enjoying the Magnificant Freedoms that so many seem to take for granted today, and to fulfill our sacred responsibility to live, as a living legacy of every precious drop of blood shed in far away countries, as well as, a cross on hill called Calvary. I pray we all have a safe and enjoyable weekend with Family and Friends. God Bless our Nation......KYEOJ
