Hello KRBC Jubilant Woman.
I will be sharing a reflection of The Bible Promise Book For Women. As we continue to live each day be reminded that God is a God of love and truth. 😇
No one is exempt from problems. From the palace to the poorhouse, women throughout the ages have fought and conquered adversity in their lives.
Queen Esther risked losing her only relative and her people. Using her influence, she saved the Israelites from destruction. Interesting, the Jewish name Esther means Hadassah, which comes from the word myrtle- the tree whose leaves only release fragrance when they are crushed.
Are you facing adversity? Perhaps your faith has brought reproach or daily struggles have robbed your faith. Regardless, the scriptures ease the crush of adversity, releasing the sweet fragrance of Gods overcoming power.

Psalm 50:14-15

Prayer: Lord, thank You that You are “gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy” ( Psalm 145:8). Thank You that You are “mighty in power “ and Your “ understanding is infinite. Thank You that You execute justice for the oppressed, You give food to the hungry, and You give freedom to the prisoners. Thank You that You open the eyes of the blind and raise up those who are bowed down. ( Psalm 146:7-8). Thank You, Lord , that You have a future for me that is full of hope. Thank You that You are always restoring my life to greater wholeness.

Ladies it’s time to sign up for this years Women’s Ministry get-a-way! This year instead of a conference we are doing a retreat. That means spaces will be limited (only 15 slots total)!!! Please come to our information meeting this Sunday after church as slots will be given away to those first able to pay. Price will be discussed on Sunday.
