Me and my house will serve the Lord

Lately, my children have been going through a rough patch. Even though they are still young, my greatest desire as a mother is to raise them the right way—in a godly way.

As a mother, it is easy for my heart to slip into fear and questions:

What am I doing wrong?
Where do I need to improve?
How do I fix this?
How can I change the way I speak?
Am I showing grace?
Am I being forgiving?

The enemy also tries to whisper lies that because I do not live in constant worry, my children are bad or will grow up to become bad people.

But hearing the word on Sunday was confirmation to my prayers.

The enemy likes to say:
“You aren’t praying enough.”
“Why aren’t you worried about your kids?”
“You’re not a good mother.”

But God always provides the right word at the right time to remind me that I am right not to fear, and I am right not to doubt.

God has my children in His hands, and His promise still stands: me and my household will serve the Lord.

So today, I choose to pray with certainty and trust. While I do my part as a mother, it is ultimately God’s grace that is working in them and through them.

He loves them more than I ever could, and He is faithful to finish what He started. 🙏

Do Not Be Afraid

So many times in Scripture, when God speaks to His people, He says: “Do not be afraid.” Why? Because His presence changes everything.

Fear says, “What if everything goes wrong?”
Faith says, “God is still in control.”

Fear weakens, confuses, and paralyzes. But God gives us power, love, and a sound mind. His peace is not based on circumstances—it is rooted in who He is.

Today, whatever you are facing, remember:
🤍 You are not alone
🤍 God goes before you
🤍 His love is stronger than your fears
🤍 His peace can guard your heart and mind

Move forward in faith, not fear. God is with you every step of the way. 🙏
