The class will have the opportunity to ask Guru Deep questions regarding meditation and related subject matter. No question is too controversial. Every student should bring questions, and be prepared for a direct answer. Debate is encouraged.

Meditation with Guru Deep will follow from 8:00 pm - 8.30 pm
Wednesday Meditation sessions do not involve lecture. Simply group meditation.

Beginning Monday the 18th of July 2016 all series that are generally taught during the meditation sessions will be suspended. However, Guru Deep's teaching will now be based upon relevant questions raised by the participants during the class.
From now on series on specific topics will be taught by either Guru Deep and / or Shilpa Pandey in separately arranged classes independent of Monday or Wednesday sessions. Barring this Monday and Wednesday meditation and classical yoga sessions will remain unchanged.
