On my lunch break praying with these awesome women in small town WY. Last week we had 70 degrees. This week 37 and snow the day before.

Was passing through a small town in WY making my deliveries and got to take my lunch break to say thank you to these awesome people on the sidewalk.
Because of people like them, my son is alive today. I shared our story with them and prayed with them. God is good

From 7 years ago. Has it been that long already?

"My name is Kirk and I'm the founder of Camerons Chance pro-life advocacy.

My wife and I struggled for many years with what happened to her and what almost happened to our son.

15 years ago my wife was pregnant with our son. She became very sick, was hospitalized, and lost 42 pounds in one month. Eventually the doctor told us "There is nothing more we can do. If you don't terminate the pregnancy, you will die".

Unfortunately we took his advice.

We got the procedure set and headed to the abortion clinic. We can't thank God enough for the pro-life supporters he put on the sidewalk that day.

They pleaded with us not to go through with the procedure. We told them we didn't want to and explained our situation. They apologized and prayed for us.

Unfortunately we went in anyway.

Just before we were about to sign what we call the death certificate of our son, God intervened. My wife looked at me and said "I don't care if I die. I am not going to kill our son."

We got up and walked out. Two weeks later, God healed my wife and today we have an awesome 14 year old son.

The decision to terminate our son, even though we didn't go through with it, has weighed heavily on our hearts for 13 years.

To the woman on the sidewalk, we will never know your name. You may not even know that God placed you there to save our son. 14 years ago, you stood on that sidewalk and prayed for us. It was your prayers that helped save our son.

Words can never express our gratitude for what you have done. You made a difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts we are forever grateful."

Under Texas 10 day law the doctors and hospital could have ended life affirming care against our will and our daughter’s.
Almost 4 years ago our daughter spent 35 days on life support and 113 days in the hospital, paralyzed from the neck down.
4 years later she just finished her freshman year in college and last week in therapy she did this.

No doctor or hospital should have the right to end care because they feel a person won’t get better. We are so proud of our daughter for never giving up. You only fail when you stop trying. Praise the Lord for her progress.
