We are grateful for our Sisters who attended the 40th anniversary celebration of Escuela Bíblica, honoring 40 years of dedicated service and sharing the Word of God with families and communities.

We give thanks for the lives and witness of Sr. María Guadalupe Moreno, Sr. María Yolanda Cortéz, Sr. Sandra Mayela Morales, Sr. Elva Leticia Gracián, and Sr. María de la Paz Rodríguez, and for all those who have contributed to this meaningful mission throughout the years.

May the Incarnate Word continue to bless their mission and service.

On September 11, we remember with gratitude Mother Jeanne Chezard de Matel, Foundress of the Order of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament, who died on this day in 1670.

Through trials and uncertainty, Jeanne remained faithful to the mission entrusted to her: to love as Jesus loved. May her unwavering trust in God and deep love for the Incarnate Word continue to inspire us to make God’s love present in the world.

El 11 de septiembre, recordamos con gratitud a la Madre Jeanne Chezard de Matel, Fundadora de la Orden del Verbo Encarnado y del Santísimo Sacramento, quien falleció en este día de 1670.

Ante las dificultades y la incertidumbre, Jeanne permaneció fiel a la misión que le fue confiada: amar como Jesús amó. Que su confianza inquebrantable en Dios y su profundo amor por el Verbo Encarnado continúen inspirándonos a hacer presente el amor de Dios en el mundo.

Today, we remember all those whose lives were forever changed on September 11, 2001. We hold in prayer those who lost their lives, their families and loved ones, and all those who continue to carry the memories of that day. May we continue to choose compassion, unity, and peace.

We are grateful for the more than 60 volunteers serving on the Medical Mission Team in Oaxaca, Mexico, including our Sisters Teresa Stanley, Bertha Flores, and Margaret Snyder. Through compassionate healthcare and service, the team is living our mission and bringing hope and healing to hundreds of people each day.
