During our closing of Chapter, the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word gathered in prayer for a solemn procession to relocate the sacred relics containing the preserved hearts of our foundress, Mother St. Pierre Cinquin, and former General Superior, Reverend Mother Ignatius Saar.

For generations, these treasured relics have served as a reminder of the faith, leadership, and enduring legacy of the women who helped shape our Congregation. They now rest in a newly established place of prayer and veneration in the chapel at Brackenridge Villa.

May their witness continue to inspire us as we carry forward the mission of the Incarnate Word with faith, compassion, and service.

Durante la clausura de nuestro Capítulo, las Hermanas de la Caridad del Verbo Encarnado se reunieron en oración para una solemne procesión en la que se trasladaron las reliquias sagradas que contienen los corazones preservados de nuestra fundadora, la Madre St. Pierre Cinquin, y de la ex Superiora General, la Reverenda Madre Ignatius Saar.

Durante generaciones, estas valiosas reliquias han sido un recordatorio de la fe, el liderazgo y el legado perdurable de las mujeres que ayudaron a dar forma a nuestra Congregación. Ahora descansan en un nuevo espacio dedicado a la oración y la veneración dentro de la capilla de Brackenridge Villa.

Que su testimonio continúe inspirándonos mientras seguimos llevando adelante la misión del Verbo Encarnado con fe, compasión y espíritu de servicio.
