St. Mary Magdalen Rite of Christian Initiation

St. Mary Magdalen Rite of Christian Initiation The Rite if Christian Initiation is the process in which the Catholic Church welcomes new members into the Church, through the sacraments of Initiation.

Vision:
We seek to be a family gathered at the foot of the Cross with Mary, John the Beloved Disciple, and Mary Magdalen; united and inspired by the Holy Spirit; fully maturing in Christ through His Word and the Eucharist; and inviting all to meet Jesus, to be fed at His table, and to evangelize others. Mission:
We, the members of St. Mary Magdalen Church, are maturing in ministry through prayer a

nd the sacraments, the Word of God and Apostolic teachings, and using the gifts of the Holy Spirit to build community and evangelize. The RCIA's Mission is to help fulfill the Parish Mission by bringing new members into the Church.

In honor of our dear friend Tom Markey. Rest in Peace. We love you and miss you.

Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace, Saint Francis Prayer

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; where there is sadness, joy.

O, Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; For it is in giving that we receive; it is in pardoning that we are pardoned; it is in dying that we are born again to eternal life.
