We spend all day managing notifications, responding to emails, and tracking deadlines until our inner peace feels like an afterthought. God never designed your soul to operate at 100% capacity for twenty-four hours a day without a system reboot. Today, intentionally close out the mental tabs that are stealing your energy and give your mind permission to breathe. 📱🔋
