Holy Closure of Lutheran Church of the Resurrection—San Antonio
Sunday, 26 February 2023 at 2 pm.

Former pastors, disciples, friends and family are invited to join with the people of LCR as we celebrate 43 years of ministry, compassion and love to our community. If you are unable to join us in person, the service will be live streamed on the congregation’s page. We welcome your support and prayer as we enter God’s future of transition, reformation, and resurrection.

Today we celebrate our siblings in Christ and Creation who have have wandered through wildernesses to find their true selves. We are so grateful for the gifts of LGBTQIA+ people in all aspects of the church, from those who are out and those who make the wilderness of the closet their home. We long for a day when all of God's people feel safe to display their facet of God's face to the world.
