St. Gerard KofC #10270 We are Catholic men building a bridge back to faith. McGivney, assistant pastor of St. Mary's Church in New Haven, Conn., and a group of parishioners.

There is much good and necessary work to be done in this world, and that's what Knights of Columbus do every day. OUR HISTORY AND HERITAGE
Founded on the principles of charity, unity and fraternity, the Knights of Columbus was established in 1882 by Father Michael J. Their intent? To bring financial aid and assistance to the sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Today, Father McGivney is being considered for sainthood.

SAINT OF THE DAY
The feast of St. Joseph the Worker was established in 1955 by Pope Pius XII to present a Christian vision of labor in contrast to secular May Day celebrations. As a humble carpenter in Nazareth, St. Joseph provided for the Holy Family and offers us a model of dignity in ordinary work.
