Christmas is the time of year where we celebrate the birth of Jesus. But Jesus did not begin in Bethlehem. Bethlehem is where He became flesh and dwelt among us. He existed eternally.

What was Jesus doing before the manger? The Old Testament of the Bible shows us that He was saving, speaking, guiding, protecting, and revealing God the Father; just as He does today!

John 1:1-4

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He (Jesus) was with God in the beginning. Through him (Jesus) all things were made; without him (Jesus) nothing was made that has been made. In him (Jesus) was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.”
