Remember when you went to college and ate ramen? If you’ve grown out of that, we’d like for you to contribute to Oxford UMC’s Digital Cookbook Project by sharing your best recipes with our Young Adult ministry! (If you’re still eating ramen from a package – no judgement -- maybe this cookbook is just the thing you need.) While the focus is on easy-to-make recipes that would be appropriate for a college student or a busy parent with young kids, honestly, this is the first time that we’ve done a cookbook in years and we would welcome your family heirloom recipes as well. Even if it’s not your own recipe but one that you dearly love, there’s a way to contribute it and properly attribute the original source.
The recipes will be compiled into a “digital cookbook” that we will provide to our young adults free-of-charge and to everyone else with a suggested donation to the general fund. (Well, honestly, we’re hoping that young adults and older adults alike will donate, but we don’t want anyone to go hungry for lack of knowledge on how to cook.)
