Saturday, January 03 2026, I really enjoyed officiating a wedding with a couple from CrossBridge. Aaron Tart and Angelique Herrera are now Mr & Mrs Aaron and Angelique Tart. I knew her family from the church and it was nice meeting his. Thank You Aaron and Angelique for letting me part of your big day.

On October 25, 2024 I had the privilege of officiating the wedding ceremony of Joshua and Allison Rivera. Sweet couple that decided to enter into covenant with God and one another. Was blessed to get paid double my officiating fee.

Had the privilege of doing Eryk & Abagail Vaughn’s wedding ceremony today at a really nice venue outside Austin. Also was super cool that they had asked me to do a salvation message prior to the ceremony.

Excited to do my 20th wedding today., Weston and Janae Weller. In Wimberley outside a really cute little chapel. Both Christians and graduates of Baylor, where they met. Another first for me, a in*******al couple. When I mentioned to Weston that he or they should be models because they were both so good looking he said they had done some shoots and were probably liked so much because of him being white and her black.

First time to do a surprise wedding. Rene and Debi surprised their adult kids and family with what they thought was going to be a family photo shoot and turned out to be a wedding. Definitely a Christmas their family will not forget

Saturday, September 24 in Wimberly, I had the privilege of officiating the remarriage of Richard & Janice Hargrave. Richard has no shoes because they did a foot washing ceremony. Sophia their dog got to enjoy the ceremony and be in most of the pictures.

Meet Mr & Mrs Rafael & Dawn Gubser. I really enjoyed getting to know this couple with about 6 hours of counseling, a rehearsal and then the ceremony at Phil Hardberger Park. Thank you Laurie (my beautiful wife) for helping me. My first time to do the ceremony of a Asian, Catholic couple that was willing to make some Protestant adjustments.

October 09, 2013 I was ordained by Pastor Warren Cook of Friendship Church in San Antonio. I was honored that he ordained me after having known me since 1988 when our paths crossed at a previous church we were both at. In 2007 he asked my wife and I to help them start the church and run the Children’s Ministry. We faithfully served Friendship Church in different capacities for 13 years. We remain friends and I’m thankful he refers weddings and funerals to me.
Since 2013 I have performed 15 weddings. 4 of the weddings were coworkers of mine from my 19 year employment at Home Depot.

April 09, 2022 was so awesome because I had the privilege of doing the wedding of Derrick & Amanda Gonzalez. In addition to officiating their wedding I also spent 4 sessions counseling this couple.
