Sunday Prayer Spotlight: Today we are praying for The Heights Church on Sherwood Way in San Angelo. Pray for Pastor James Miller and the entire church staff. Pray that God’s power would be unleashed in and through the church, and that they would worship the Lord in spirit and truth. Most of all, pray that the church would passionately pursue Jesus and experience His presence in a powerful way.

Pastor Strong Cohorts and Women Strong Cohorts concluded with retreats to Colorado for a time of worship, fellowship, rest and celebration on Aug. 2-6.

Sunday Prayer Spotlight: Today we are praying for First Baptist Church Mertzon (located 25 miles southwest of San Angelo) and Pastor Donald Moon. Pray as they continue building relationships throughout the Mertzon community and Irion County ISD, sharing the hope and love of Christ. Also ask the Lord to strengthen their discipleship ministry, raising up men and women who will faithfully make disciples and take the gospel to the nations.

What a fantastic time of fellowship and learning Sunday afternoon at the ACE Conference! About 250 people from 30 different churches participated in over 60 different breakout sessions, being equipped to do and be all that God has called them to do and be.
Thank you, Southland Baptist, for hosting this event and thank you, Southland staff, for all you did to make it happen.
Thank you to our faithful session leaders from all over the state of Texas for coming and sharing your expertise with the people of the Concho Valley.

Sunday Prayer Spotlight: Today we are praying for Southland Baptist Church. Pray for Pastor Chris Curran and the entire staff as they faithfully shepherd their church family. Pray for their members and mission partners as they share the hope of Christ with those who are far from Him. Also pray for God's blessing and guidance as they begin Journey Continues - Phase 2, strengthening and expanding their discipleship ministries for future generations.
