It’s Christmas time! Time to celebrate the birth of our Savior with a new sermon series called Out of the Silence.

Silence can be deafening and can feel lonely and desperate sometimes, but Jesus came to disrupt your silence, whether it’s the silence of being content with less than God’s best or the silence of the troubles your facing.

Please join us this Sunday as we begin by coming Out of the Silence of Disgrace!

Sunday School begins at 9:00am and the worship service begins at 10:15am.

1 Corinthians 10 begins a new section of Paul’s letter. It begins with the rumblings of war, but not as men of flesh know it.

As long as our spiritual enemy roams the earth and as long as fallible people dwell on it, there will always remain a threat of conflict. There will always be opposition that will not rest until God has been eliminated and His people silenced.

But God has more powerful weapons. Are you trained in God’s weaponry or man’s? Do you know the right time to employ weapons and when to employ Grace?

War never sleeps. There’s no better time to get ready than the present because the enemy rarely advertises his attacks.

We hope you’ll join us tomorrow as we train for the spiritual battles and the spiritual opportunities ahead of us. We start at 10:15am and we have Sunday School available for every age at 9am.

How much value would you place on a chamber pot? How much value would you place on a jewelry box? How much value would you place on yourself as a vessel?
Why did you just answer the way you did?

What would it take to become a valuable vessel for the kingdom of God?

The disciples were not chosen because they were perfect but because they represented who Christ came to save and therefore would become a great testimony of God’s amazing grace and love.

What about the brokenness of your life can God use as a testimony of His love and grace?
Come and see God’s goodness tomorrow as we observe the Lord’s Supper beginning at 10:15am. Sunday School (Bible study) for all ages begins at 9am.

Have you ever burned a bridge with someone: maybe an employer or family member or friend or business associate? It’s hard to go back after a bridge has been burned.

Paul had a confrontation with a man in sin in Corinth and it caused a larger breach between Paul and the Corinthian church.

In 1 Corinthians 1:23-2:11, Paul demonstrates how to rebuild the kind of breach that he encountered, but the biggest breach any of us face is the one between ourselves and God because of our sin.

Thankfully God is a bridge-builder and a relationship reconciler. We hope you’ll join us and identify what bridges need to be rebuilt in your life and let God begin that work in you.

We live in a time in which people see a social media post and jump to conclusions with very little information and zero evidence.

That’s what happened with the Corinthian church. They took what little they knew about Paul and his ministry and filled in the blanks with their own dramatic license which caused division between them and the Apostle who loved them.

Are you quick to jump to damaging conclusions? Have you had someone jump to damaging conclusions about you?

The best way for you to clear yourself of conjecture is to live according to God’s character, found in His Word, so that your consistent integrity can be your defense.

If that isn’t convincing enough for your detractors, you don’t have to fear because it is enough for the God who loves you enough to send His Son to die for you: the God who knows you inside and out, in public and private.

If you haven’t finished the business of establishing clear integrity, today is the best day to begin.

We hope you will dig into God’s word with us so you can discover the integrity that God is ready to finish instilling in you for His glory and for the good of those who need to know Christ through you!
