THE JOYFUL LIFE: A Journey Through Philippians

What does it mean to live with true joy—even when life doesn’t go as planned?

Beginning this Sunday, join us at any of our worship services for a 12-week journey through Philippians. Together, we’ll discover that lasting joy is not determined by our circumstances but is found in Christ and expressed through the way we live, serve, give, suffer, and trust God.

**Dinner is served from 5:15–6:00 p.m.** in Heritage Hall.

**Wednesday night activities begin at 6:00 p.m.!** There’s something for everyone—First Kids, Youth, MomCo, Friends Group, Game Night, Pickleball & more!

This Sunday, August 30, we invite our entire church family to come together for a special Worship Service at 10:30 a.m. in Celebration Hall. Rev. Richard Slaughter will share God’s Word, and we’ll enjoy music from across our church’s wonderful music ministries. Come a little early and stop by FirstPlace Café for freshly brewed Costa Rican coffee served by our Costa Rica Mission Team. After worship, stay and enjoy a pulled pork or chicken sandwich with sides at our fundraiser luncheon benefiting the Youth Ministry. We hope you’ll join us for a wonderful morning of worship, fellowship, and time together!

What a wonderful time of ministry at the Lake View Lighthouse!

What a fun way to wrap up the summer!
Sunday’s End of Summer Swim Party was a blast! We loved seeing everyone enjoying the sunshine, swimming, laughing, and spending time together. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a fun time! We’re so grateful for our church family and all the sweet memories made together.
