UPDATE: 9/29/25 AJ was discharged from Hospital today and got home around 2:15pm. AJ and her Mama called me to go to look outside and see if there was a package at the door. When I went to look AJ and Melissa were at the door getting out of car. I was so proud to see my "Girl" home! She is feeling a little better, not as dizzy although she still has some pain. Beginning to do better with taking the different pills she needs; AJ has never really taken meds by pills she mostly has taken liquid meds. THANK YOU everyone for your prayers... just continue to pray for a speedy recovery.
UPDATE 1:25PM. AJ'S sonogram results praise God is no appendicitis! However her hemoglobin has dropped back down to 7.2 and they are about to give her another blood transfusion. She will not get to come home today possibly tomorrow depending on blood work after transfusion. Continue praying for her this is a lot for a 14 year old to experience.
Update: I just talked to Melissa and the Doctor came in while we were talking and because AJ is still having more severe pain on her right side they need to do another sonogram to make sure of the reason for the pain whether it is just pain from the surgery she had yesterday with that side being more irritated or if it could be her appendix if it is her appendix they will have to take her back for another surgery to remove appendix. Please pray for AJ this is overwhelming her with all that she has already gone through.
