Praise Report: I want to give God the praise for taking care of me for my first eye surgery (cataract surgery) on my right eye on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, which my doctor said is still healing and my second eye surgery (cataract surgery) on this past Wedenesday, August 12th, 2026. I saw my doctor on the morning of August 13th, 2026 and he said everything looked good and is healing. I just have to wear this eye shield at night for 7 days.. will be glad when that is done. I also have to put in three different types of eye drops 3 times a day in my right eye and in my left eye until all drops are used. Then I still have to put in one drop in each eye once in the morning and another eye drop one in each eye at bedtime for glaucoma. They said I would probably only need glasses to read and will do that test when I go back in 3 weeks!
Another praise report I have is that no matter what you are praying for. -- it matters to God, it is important to him so don't give up on your prayers no matter how long you have been praying. My Mom had given me some emerald and diamond earrings a good while back. At some point after I moved over here to take care of my Mom my house was broken into and a lot of stuff was stolen including jewelry and I had to verify about the jewelry for the police report and homeowners insurance. I found my emerald and diamond earrings had not been stolen but I found that I had brought them to Mom's house. However, when I found them and opened the case they were in one fell out and I could not find it. Then when Melissa and Joe got home from work I told them and opened the case again to show them what the missing earring looked like and that earring fell from my case and we searched everywhere near where I was standing and could not find it. About 15 minutes later Melissa did find one in the kitchen and this was about 3 years ago. About 2 years ago when we swapped the Queen bed for a King bed from my house we searched thoroughly again for my missing earring but still did not find it. I had prayed several times over the years asking God to help me find my earring. Within the past couple of weeks I had been praying about this same missing earring and just said God you know exactly where my earring is at please help me to find it! Guess what I didn't find it but Friday night, August 14th, 2026, God made sure it was found --- Averi was trying on old tap and ballet shoes that belonged to AJ and guess what she handed Melissa something she found in one of the shoes and Melissa looked at me and said weren't you missing an emerald and diamond earring, I replied yes, got up and there was my missing emerald and diamond earring. God is so good! Never give up on your prayers! I do have another prayer I have prayed about for years now and I know my God will answer that prayer too! It is just a matter of time!
