The “front door” of the church for many seekers is a church website or page. Needed: A Facebook savvy administrator for the Sardis Baptist Church page. With the departure of our pastor, we need to find a replacement to manage our church page - or perhaps start a new one. Some in our congregation are dependent upon our online presence for information and to watch our live stream services. On Sunday November 30th, we will host a Hanging of the Greena service that morning when we prepare our church and our hearts for the coming of Christ and provide an opportunity for us to come together to decorate, remember, and rejoice as we welcome the season of Christ birth. As part of this service, if you are willing to purchase a poinsettia in honor or in memory of a loved one, please sign up on the clipboard and talk with Lynn Padgett or Debbie Hall. The cost for each poinsettia is $22.50. Also, during this service, each member is asked to bring an ornament to place on the Christmas tree. If possible, discreetly place your name on your ornament.
