Sista Girls Ministry of S.C. is honored and overjoyed to announce the launch of our new affiliate outreach, Sista Girls Circle of Hope Fund, founded and spearheaded by our very own Apostle Roberta J. Knotts.

Sista Girls Circle of Hope Fund is a charitable outreach dedicated to providing hope, encouragement, and financial assistance to women facing crisis situations. Our mission is to extend compassion through practical support, helping women navigate difficult seasons and move toward stability, restoration, and renewed hope.

In celebration of her 78th birthday and in support of this important mission, Apostle Knotts has requested a special donation of $78.00. However, gifts of any amount are sincerely appreciated and will help us continue serving women facing difficult circumstances.

I pray that all is well with each of you.

This year, as I celebrate my 78th birthday, I am also excited to announce the launch of a new outreach initiative, “Sista Girls Circle of Hope Fund”, an extension of the established Sista Girls Ministry of S.C. 501(c)(3)organization.

The Sista Girls Circle of Hope Fund is dedicated to bringing hope, encouragement, and practical financial assistance to women facing difficult seasons of life. Our mission is to be a source of support, compassion, and restoration when it is needed most.

In honor of my 78th birthday, I am asking friends and family to consider making a donation of $78.00 to help launch this important work. If $78.00 is not possible, please know that every gift, no matter the amount, is deeply appreciated and will help us make a meaningful difference in the lives of women in crisis.

From : She Rises : Prayers of Strength, Healing and Body Restoration

Spiritual bo***ge and food bo***ge often work together.

Spiritual bo***ge is anything that keeps you from walking freely in the purpose, peace, and obedience God has for your life. It can show up as fear, shame, unforgiveness, addiction, strongholds, unhealthy thoughts, or habits that continually pull you away from God.

Food bo***ge occurs when food begins to have more influence over your decisions than wisdom, discipline, or the leading of the Holy Spirit. It is not simply enjoying food..it is when food becomes a source of comfort, escape, control, or relief that only God can truly provide.

Food bo***ge may sound like:

* “I’ll start tomorrow.”
* “Just one more binge.”
* “I deserve this.”
* “I can’t stop.”
* “Food makes me feel better.”

But God’s truth says:

* “You have self-control.” (Galatians 5:22-23)
* “You are not ruled by your flesh.” (Romans 8:12-13)
* “Whom the Son sets free is free indeed.” (John 8:36)

A Declaration

I break agreement with every food stronghold and every lie that says I cannot change. I declare that my appetite will not rule me. My body belongs to God. My mind is being renewed. My spirit is stronger than my cravings. Through Jesus Christ, I walk in freedom, discipline, healing, and restoration. Amen.🩷🙏🏾🩷

The tongue is not only used in eating; it is also used for speaking life or death over ourselves. The words we speak can either build us up or tear us down, encourage us or discourage us. What we repeatedly say about ourselves often shapes how we think, how we feel, and how we live. Therefore, it is important to speak positively, faithfully, and intentionally, aligning our words with God’s truth rather than our fears or emotions.

Scripture:
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.” — Proverbs 18:21
