Organ Lutheran Church Zion Organ Lutheran Church is the birthplace of Lutheranism
in North Carolina. Our motto is “Making disciples - not collecting
members”.

Organ Lutheran Church is Christ-Centered. We confess the
apostolic faith in Jesus Christ according to the Holy Scriptures. We are Mission Driven and believe that the mission of the church
is to preach the Gospel and to make disciples for Christ. We are
Traditionally Grounded and affirm the ecumenical creeds (Nicene, Apostles, Athanasian) and the faithful witness of the church across time and spa

ce. We are Congregationally Focused. We strive to be a church body
that is organized to facilitate the ministries of local congregations
in a posture of servant-hood and spirit of partnership, through
the provision of resources, connections, and information.

OLC certainly does appreciate musical offerings to our God!
We thank Mark, Dee and Alicia, Jana, Tina, Ann, and Gene, and everyone involved in Children and Adult Choirs and Bells, as well as instrumentalists and vocalists who enhance worship!
Surely, God is pleased as we offer praise to Him! Our hope is that offerings continue to flourish and that we all understand those offerings as stewardship. So many musical endeavors are seen as competitions or talent shows, but the offerings in worship are for our Lord, with the rest of us praying and meditating as we observe and listen.
Thank you all for your commitments!
