Our pastor is just a man…but he sure is a good one, and we thank God for him.

Most people will never see the early morning hospital visits, the late-night trips to the airport, the countless hours spent in prayer for our church, or weeks like this one, when he takes the time to build a wheelchair ramp for a church member in need. So much of what a pastor does happens behind the scenes, known only to God.

Pastor Holshouser, thank you for faithfully loving, serving, and shepherding our church family. We are grateful the Lord has allowed you to be our pastor.

If nothing else, let this post serve as a reminder to pray for your pastor. He carries burdens few people ever see, and there is no greater encouragement than knowing God’s people are lifting him up in prayer.
