We're excited for our next missions offering!

The Anglican church in Myanmar has been given the opportunity to build the very first Christian church building in its capital city, Naypyidaw. This will be a home for worship, a place for dialog, and a base for humanitarian work. What an amazing thing to get to be a part of!

We'll be collecting for this project through the end of September. If you'd like to contribute, we have a donation box at the church, or you can give online (and learn more) at:

Designed to welcome 400 worshipers, this new space will also host national dialogue that strengthens peace and acts as a humanitarian hub for thousands in times of crisis.

Happy birthday to the USA!

Lord God, by your providence our founders won their liberties of old: Grant that we and all the people of this land may have grace to exercise these liberties in righteousness and peace; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

We're looking forward to an exciting service tomorrow! Our retired Bishop Richard Lipka will be celebrating, we will be commissioning Owen Lipka as a Lay Eucharistic Minister, Nate Allen will be preaching, and all of us will be marking the celebration of the Body of Christ (Corpus Christi)!

This past Thursday was the Feast of the Ascension, but we'll be celebrating tomorrow! Jesus is alive...

He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
