السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

Dear respected community members,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of the beloved father of our dear brothers Dawood, Saud, and Akhlaaq.

إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون
"Indeed, to Allah we belong, and to Him we shall return."

May Allah shower His mercy upon his soul, forgive his shortcomings, illuminate his grave, elevate his ranks in Jannah, and grant sabr and strength to his family in this difficult time. Ameen.

We kindly ask all brothers and sisters to please remain at the masjid after Jumu'ah to join in the Janazah prayer. Attending the funeral prayer is a great virtue and a right of our deceased brother upon us — the Prophet ﷺ said whoever attends the Janazah until the prayer is offered will have a great reward.

Please keep the family in your du'as.
