Seed of Encouragement
The golden rule says do unto others as you would have them do unto you… not do unto them what they have done unto you. We reap what we sow... not what others sow. We have to be mindful of the seeds we are planting because what we give out is what will come back to us. Do good... Sow good... Reap good.

Do to others whatever you would like them to do to you. This is the essence of all that is taught in the law and the prophets. Matthew 7:12

Don't be misled - you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. Galatians 6:7

Seed of Encouragement
Challenges in life will come... there is no way to avoid them. But, instead of seeing them as stumbling blocks and wonder 'why me?' ... we can shift our perspective and see them as stepping stones. We can focus on the Spirit of God in us and trust Him to give us the grace to endure, the strength to handle and the power to overcome whatever challenge comes our way. The challenges that arise during the course of our day can be opportunities to grow in our faith and trust in God. As we do our best, we can trust God with the rest.

Surely God is my help; the Lord is The One who sustains me. Psalm 54:4
