Please join us alongside the national coalition that organized the All Roads Lead to the South mobilization for a Juneteenth Week of Action.

The mission is not conversion; we're not convinced that people can be converted to a religion with no punishment or fear to hold over people. There are people in the world who would love to know that Liberal Religion is an option available to them, though.

UU Evangelism is about conversation, not conversion; invitation, not intimidation. We just want people to learn that we're out here, building communities that try to be inclusive and encouraging.

May 24th – Endings...Beginnings...The Joy of Each
Worship Associate: Ron Pagano
We gather at the edge of an ending. . . and a beginning. Not a dramatic ending, not one marked by headlines or sudden change, but a quieter threshold—the close of another church year. The turning of a page in a story we have been writing together, week by week, song by song, silence by silence, joy by joy, sorrow by sorrow and the highs and lows of a year in these interesting times.
Today, Ron will explore what "Endings" and "Beginnings" are truly about and what they could mean in our lives.

These days are hard, beloveds. I remain grateful that Unitarian Universalists are a people who show up. We are warriors for love and justice in the world, and we do not back down – not in the face of rising tyranny, nor in the suggestion that individualism is somehow enough. In our covenantal faith tradition, we understand the power and responsibility of religious community and the call to mission in our congregations and in the UUA itself. This is a unifying strength.

May we remember that together, we are a manifestation of the covenant of our living tradition, born of the interconnection between and among us all. That interconnection holds us through difficult times and reminds us of all that is possible in this Unitarian Universalism we hold in common cause.

May 10th – "The Many Faces of Mothering"
Worship Associate: Cheryl Lang/guest speaker Rev. Rose Reidel

Many of us have complicated relationships with motherhood. Mothering and being mothered is one of human kinds' most primal relationships - and also one of its most complex. Let us hold this complexity gently, together, as we explore what it is to mother.
