Renewal #6: Clean Hands, Pure Heart — Preparing for the King

“Who may ascend the mountain of the Lord? Who may stand in His holy place? The one who has clean hands and a pure heart…” — Psalm 24:3-4

As we continue with Renewal #6, our focus is on having clean hands and a pure heart as we prepare for the King. Psalm 24 reminds us that God is looking beyond outward appearances and into the condition of our hearts.

This season is an invitation to examine our lives, surrender anything that doesn’t honor Him, and seek His presence with sincerity and humility. When we align our hearts with God’s will, we position ourselves to receive His blessings, His direction, and His glory.

“Lift up your heads, O gates; be lifted up, ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in.” — Psalm 24:7

May we open every area of our lives to the King of Glory and allow Him to renew, cleanse, and transform us.

Sunday Service Reflection ❤️

Sundays service was a powerful reminder of what happens when God’s people come together with one heart and one purpose.

In Acts 1:14, the believers devoted themselves to prayer and unity. In Acts 2:1, they were gathered together when God moved in a mighty way. Acts 2:14-15 reminds us that what God is doing may not always be understood by everyone, but His power and presence are real. And in Acts 2:42-47, we see the beauty of a church devoted to God, fellowship, prayer, generosity, and growing together in faith.

As we wrapped up the service, we entered into a special “Lord, Transform Me” moment. Hearts were open, prayers were lifted, and many surrendered areas of their lives to God, asking Him to renew, strengthen, and transform them from the inside out.

We are grateful for every person who joined us today. May we continue to seek God together, grow together, and allow Him to shape us into who He has called us to be.

“Lord, transform me into the person You created me to be. Change my heart, renew my mind, and let my life reflect You.” 🙏❤️

This past Sunday at The River Church of God, we asked a serious question:

What happens when spiritual fire starts fading… but nobody notices?

2 Timothy 1:6 says:
“Stir up the gift of God…”

On Pentecost Sunday, we explored:
🔥 why fire can grow dim
🔥 how believers slowly drift spiritually
🔥 the difference between thermometers and thermostats
🔥 and why Pentecost was never supposed to become just a memory

One of the strongest moments came during the object lesson:

A thermometer only reflects the atmosphere. A thermostat changes it.

This world already has enough thermometers. God is looking for thermostats.

Powerful worship. Strong altar response. Honest reflection. Real hunger for God.

If you missed it live, go back and watch the livestream. This message speaks directly to the spiritual condition of the Church in this generation.
