Weā€™re gearing up for a very special day of fun and philanthropy at New Life! šŸƒ

On Sunday, August 16th, at 2:00PM, we will be collaborating with 1st Millsboro SDA to have our Back-To-School Block Party!! šŸŽ‰

There will be free school supplies šŸ“š , fun games šŸŽÆ, and delicious food šŸ”!!

So, come to the goods šŸ““, and stay for the fellowship šŸ„‚!!

We want to have a big party for Salisbury and the surrounding community!

Hey, we know that weā€™re throwing a lot at our community this summer, and itā€™s purposeful! Weā€™re going to be booked and busy throughout the summer!

The highlight of our summer is our wellness challenge! And weā€™re collaborating with Dr. Victoria Edwards, one of our very own, who created the ā€œMoving Matters Initiativeā€. Weā€™re striving to become one of the holistically HEALTHY churches in the Allegheny East!

So, get registered! Get prepped! And get active! We officially start our wellness challenge on July 27th and weā€™ll work together until September 19th! Letā€™s see who can progress the most!

We are EXTRA excited about this one! We are going to take our prayer-life to the next level this SUMMER! Starting August...

We are EXTRA excited about this one! We are going to take our prayer-life to the next level this SUMMER!

Starting August 2nd, we at New Life will be embarking on one of our most important journeys this summer. 40 days of prayer and fasting.

From August 2 - September 10, we will be seeking God as we ready ourselves for revival season in the fall.

So, ready yourselves, because we are seeking Godā€™s face to break shackles, to reveal Himself to us, and to unleash His power over our church!

Summers are excellent chances to try new things! This SUMMER, we want to be intentional about creating an environment where we know that we are worshipping God at ALL timesā€”not some, not a few, not most, not the majorityā€” ALL times.

For that reason, weā€™re relaxing our dress-code just a bit for our summer campaign. This shift is to stretch us, and those who visit with us, to see that our worship isnā€™t just limited to a ā€œdayā€ or a ā€œ2-hour serviceā€, but it is an everyday, ALL day experience.

So, whatever appropriate attire you worship God in during the week, we want to see you wear it when you worship with us on Saturdays!!

It can be daunting trying to figure out who you can invite to worship with you at your church. And it can be so overwhelming that we donā€™t know where and WHO to begin with.

Well this summer, we are encouraging our members to flex their discipling skills by inviting their F.R.A.N.ā€™s!

FRAN stands for:

Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, and Neighbors!

So, if youā€™re wondering who the first people who you can invite to worship with you, start with ā€œFriends, Relatives, Acquaintances, and Neighborsā€!

For all of our members who participate in this challenge by coming to church with guests, we will be blessing you with some fun prizes!

So, we hope to meet some of your F.R.A.N.ā€™s this summer at New Life!
