When panic starts rising and your thoughts won't slow down, Jesus offers something the world can never provide—His peace.

In John 14:27, Jesus says:

"Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

His peace isn't dependent on your circumstances. It's a gift that steadies your heart even when life feels uncertain. If you're battling anxiety, fear, or overwhelming thoughts today, take a moment to pause and remember that Christ is with you.

If this encouraged you, save this video so you can come back to it whenever panic begins to rise, and share it with someone who needs this reminder today.

🙏Your chest may tighten before the day even begins because you feel responsible for what happens next. Psalm 46:10 reminds us that God remains sovereign even in the middle of chaos.

Stillness is not denial—it is surrender. Pause for ten seconds, release one worry, and trust God with what you cannot control.

“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10🙏

Comment one thing you are placing in God’s hands today.

One Name. One Hope. One Savior.

Among countless names remembered throughout history, there is only one name that has the power to transform lives, bring peace to troubled hearts, and offer eternal hope.

The doors of the Sagrada Família are covered with words from Scripture, but one name stands out above them all:

Jesus.

“Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.”
— Philippians 2:9–10

No matter where you are today, His name is still a refuge, still a promise, and still the answer.

It is one thing to say, “I’m with God,” but it is another thing when God says, “I’m with you.”

No matter what you are facing, God has not walked away from you. He is closer than a brother, and His Word reminds us that He will never leave us nor forsake us. You may feel alone, but the Shepherd is still near.

Let this word remind your heart today: God is with you, and He is not letting go.

Scripture References:
Proverbs 18:24
Hebrews 13:5

This word is for anyone who feels like they have fallen too far or stayed away too long.

Just like the prodigal son, the Father does not reject the one who comes home. He restores, welcomes, and reminds them: “You are my son.” What was dead can live again through God’s mercy and love.

Come back to the Father. His arms are still open. 🙏

If you failed again and feel ashamed to start over, don’t let shame convince you that God is done with you. God’s grace meets us in the low places, strengthens us when we feel isolated, and reminds us not to give up.

Galatians 6:9 reminds us not to grow weary in doing good, because in due season we will reap if we do not give up. Sit with this truth for one minute longer than you want to: you are not alone, and God’s grace is still reaching for you.

Type one honest word about your heart today.

We all face troubles, but we cannot let those troubles get the best of us.

This message is a reminder to hold your head up, keep moving forward, and trust that God is still with you through every challenge. Even when life feels heavy, faith gives us the strength to keep standing, keep believing, and keep pressing ahead.

Amen. Keep going forward.

Why did the position of Moses’ hands have anything to do with winning or losing the battle below?

Because Moses held the staff of God. Hallelujah.

This powerful moment reminds us that victory is not only found in what we see on the battlefield, but in obedience, faith, and dependence on God. When Moses lifted his hands, Israel prevailed. When his hands came down, the battle shifted.

Sometimes the victory depends on staying lifted in prayer, trusting God’s power, and refusing to let go of what He has placed in your hands.

🙏 Scripture Reference: Exodus 17:8-13
