The mission of the Salina Diocesan Respect Life Commission (RLC) is to promote respect and the protection of God's gift of life from conception to natural death through public education, pastoral service, public policy, prayer and worship. We seek the conversion of all hearts and minds to a Culture of Life.

We’ve had a great trip and an incredible experience so far. 🤍Our students shared that one of the most moving parts of the March for Life was simply the sheer number of people who showed up in support of life. Seeing so many gathered together was a powerful reminder that we are not alone—and that we are surrounded by others who believe and stand for life. Along the way, students also had the chance to catch up with pro-life advocate Abby Johnson, who graciously stopped for a quick photo opportunity with them—a meaningful moment they won’t soon forget.

Our students are heading to Washington, D.C. today as they prepare to take part in the March for Life on Friday. This meaningful journey will be filled with prayer, learning, and the opportunity to stand alongside thousands in support of the dignity of all human life. We wish our students and chaperones safe travels and ask our community to keep them in your prayers as they represent our school with faith, courage, and heart. 🤍🙏

Our Eucharistic Rosary Congress for Life is going on this week!

Each day this week, a parish in the diocese is signed up to offer Eucharistic Adoration for the intention of the unborn. Consider stopping by one of the parishes this week to offer up some prayers for the protection of the most vulnerable.

Be sure to join us at Jerry Ivey Park this Friday, October 3rd! AFTERMATH is a traveling memorial to the 19,467 who lost their lives to abortion in one year in Kansas, and every life that has been impacted by their loss. This limited time exhibit is traveling the state to shine a light on the devastating reality that will otherwise remain hidden from view.

We are still in need of volunteers for the AFTERMATH traveling memorial. Please consider donating your time to this powerful event.

You have the power to make a difference. AFTERMATH was brought to life by grassroots support from everyday Kansans and is carried forward by those who refuse to let the truth be silenced. Your involvement keeps it moving and seen. Many more still need to understand.
