Our teens had a great week at Ascend Bible Camp, where they received instruction from God’s Word.

There is something very special about watching the next generations following after Christ and seeking to bring Him praise and glory!

May each one of us, no matter our age, seek to live lives that are to the praise of His glory ~ Faithful to the end!

Near the cross is humility and an end of ourselves. Near the cross is reliance upon Jesus alone.
Near the cross is the desperate heart crying out to God for forgiveness and cleansing.
Near the cross is where the recognition of our complete depravity occurs, and yet His outstretched invitation to come and believe and be saved to the uttermost awaits any and all who come.

The invitation is for you today!

And if you’ve accepted the invitation, Oh Christian, keep near to the cross of Jesus. Spiritual growth occurs as we walk in obedience to His Word and humbly rely on His power.
