MARTIN FIRE UPDATE

Roughly 70 staff remain in the Village following yesterday's evacuation of guests in response to the Martin Fire.

Holden Village remains thankful for yesterday's orderly and efficient evacuation. The safety and care of guests will always be a top priority. Now, with guests out of the village, attention transitions to protecting the Village and taking care of the people who have been tasked with sustaining the community. At this time, the Martin fire does not directly threaten Holden Village, but incident command is prepared for every possibility.

The Village remains under a Level 2 - "Prepare to Leave" Fire Advisory and is prepared to shift should the situation change. Starting tonight, the Village will also host approximately 60 firefighters. Holden is profoundly thankful for their presence and staff are eager to demonstrate some Holden Hospitality.

We remain appreciative for the outpouring of support exhibited by global Holden community. Your prayers are being received with intention and gratitude. Thank you.
