MQOA organiza su 38.ª edición de Alpha, que comienza el miércoles 9 de septiembre de 2026 con nuestra noche de presentación "Ven y mira" (Come and See), a las 7:00 p. m. en el salón de la iglesia St. James. No se requiere ningún compromiso: simplemente venga a conocer el programa esa noche y, si le interesa, podrá seguir asistiendo.

Alpha es una serie gratuita de 10 semanas que consiste en conversaciones en grupos pequeños para explorar los fundamentos de la fe cristiana en un ambiente acogedor y seguro. MQOA is hosting its 38th Alpha, starting Wedensday, September 9, 2026, with our "Come and See" night, starting at 7pm at St. James Church hall. No commitment required - just come and check it out this one night, and then continue to come if you are interested.

Alpha is a free, 10-week series of small-group conversations that explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, safe environment. Enjoy a free dinner, watch a short video about the faith, and then join in a small-group conversation. Everyone's welcome.

MQOA está organizando la celebración del 200.º aniversario de la fundación de la segunda parroquia de la Arquidiócesis de Boston. La parroquia original de Santa María (St. Mary's), fundada el 25 de octubre de 1826 en Salem, sirvió como la única parroquia para la mayor parte de la región de North Shore a principios del siglo XIX. MQOA is organizing and hosting a celebration of the 200th anniversary of the founding of the 2nd parish of the Archdiocese of Boston. The original St. Mary's parish, founded October 25, 1826 in Salem, and served as the sole parish for most of the North Shore in the early 1800's. It was ultimately renamed Immaculate Conception, the predecessor to the current Mary, Queen of the Apostles parish in Salem. We invite all the parishes of the North Shore to join us in this celebration on October 25, with a Mass at 10:30am with Archbishop Henning followed by a reception at Danversport Yacht Club at 12:30pm. EN: We’re underway for our 40 Hours of Devotion, May 22-24.

The church will open to the public again at 6am SaturdayMay 23 and stay open till 7pm for prayer. The Pentecost Vigil program begins Saturday at 7pm. Live music open to the public from 3-5pm, Saturday May 23 at our Immaculate Conception/15 Hawthorne Blvd.

All are welcome.

EN: As we begin the celebration of this milestone year, join us in Eucharistic Adoration to pray for the past, present, and future of the Faith in our city. Our opening Mass will be at 6pm on Friday, May 22, and offered for all of the deceased of our parish. This will be followed by music, meditation, and the first hour of adoration from 7-8pm.
