Volunteers Needed!

Sunday evening, October 12, we begin the set-up for the Art Festival! It takes many people to get the display panels up, arrange the tables, chairs and more to be ready for the artists to bring in their artwork on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday the display team is busy transforming the church into an art gallery. All needs to be ready for our Show to open at noon on Friday, October 17.

There are many ways that you can sign up to help. Our volunteer sign up page is linked below.

We will have a display Sunday at the Fall Festival with signup sheets for all of the areas where you can help. Stop by our table and we will answer any questions you may have. Not sure where you want to help? Take an orange flyer that lists all of the areas and a link to Sign-Up Genius.

The Art Festival website: www.salemwestpresartfest.com also has a link to the sign-up page. The website includes all of the Festival happenings and features a different artist each day. Be to check it out!
