There is a profound connection between our physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. Caring for our souls means learning to engage and steward all of these areas, not just one.

So thankful for people like Patrick Oran and Ken Ernst who made the Impossible Mile happen, and especially for courageous YA like Diego Chavez who stepped up and made it happen. 💪

YA MEN 2026 :: These men are legends

3 days, 2 nights of fun together with intentional conversations about what it means to be a man — talking through questions like “when did you become a man?” “What age do you actually feel like?” And “what area of your life do you feel younger in?”
•
There were tears, tons of laughter, some surf sessions, golfing, napping, good food, tons of inappropriate jokes, smash face and some sacred moments. These are good guys.
