The buses have rolled back into Oregon, the suitcases are unpacked, and our students and leaders have returned from Nazarene Youth Conference in Salt Lake City.
Throughout the week we reflected on how God is with us on the mountaintops and in the valleys—sustaining us, redeeming us, abiding with us, and faithfully leading us through the everyday moments of life.
As I look back on the week, I am especially thankful for the incredible youth leaders across ORPAC. They endured long days, little sleep, constant schedule changes, endless walking, and more transitions than I can count. Yet they never lost sight of what mattered most.
They didn’t just serve our students. They loved them. They led them. They invested in them. They encouraged them. They reminded them that they are a vital part of the Church today, not just someday.
Thank you to every youth leader who gave so much of yourselves this week. Your faithfulness made a difference in the lives of our students. ORPAC is blessed to have leaders like you.
Please join me in thanking these leaders and praying that what God began in the lives of our students this past week will continue to grow.
