The annual Capital Park men’s retreat is just a month away (Oct 18 – 20). There is plenty of room for the men in our congregation to attend and invite friends and acquaintances. Cost is $100, which covers two nights and five meals. Money is available in the mens’ scholarship fund to help those with tight finances. Great time of worship, prayer, Bible Study, free time (especially Saturday afternoon) and meals together. Cash or check payments (men's retreat in the memo line) can be submitted to the church office.

The annual Capital Park Men's retreat is coming up on October 18-20 at SeaKrest Lodge in Newport. We have been holding our annual retreat at the beach since 2010 and at SeaKrest lodge since 2018 (with a year off in 2020 for Covid hiatus). Here are some pictures from our time at SeaKrest to promote our upcoming retreat. We have lots of room to add more guys to our weekend event so don't hesitant to contact Capital Park for more info. It's a great time for fellowship, fun and food with time around God's Word.

Capital Park Men are looking forward to staying at SeaKrest Lodge in Newport on October 20-22 for our annual retreat. Here's the June 1st video showing the updates to the bedroom wing of the lodge. The project, which started in January, is pretty much finished.

Capital Park Wesleyan Men held their monthly breakfast this morning. Tim Davis of Valor Mentoring shared his story and encouraged the men to go to the Pacific NW Men's conference at the Armory Auditorium in Salem (June 10, 2023).

Progress is coming along in the remodel and addition work at SeaKrest Lodge in Newport. Capital Park Wesleyan Men will be checking out the lodge in person this October when they go there for their retreat on the 20-22.

Capital Park men's breakfast tomorrow at 8 at church. Ray Hargreaves will be sharing his testimony. Come for a great meal, fellowship and an inspiring testimony. Also, save the date of October 14-16 for the annual CP men's retreat at SeaKrest lodge in Newport.
