This season has meant more to me than words can hold. Every Sunday, every Wednesday, every conversation, every laugh… you’ve been the greatest gift. 🥹

The student ministries team is throwing a little farewell for me before the busy-ness of summer hits, and I’d love for you to come be part of it. Just a space to celebrate all that God has done together. 🤍

We’ve been holding this night with intention—praying it becomes a place where you can slow down, breathe deep, and encounter Jesus in a way that’s real.

5AM crew… WHAT 👏🏽 A 👏🏽 NIGHT 👏🏽

CRASH All Night Party took us from Sky Zone → McDonald’s → Next Level Arcade (the second largest arcade in America!), and somewhere between the jumping, late-night fries, and a million arcade games, we laughed until we were completely exhausted!! 🍟👾🥱

This photo was taken right before we came home — tired, delulu, and very ready for bed — but also full of the kind of joy that only comes from a night like this.

Last night was one of those leader meetings that reminds us why we do what we do.

We gathered around tables, shared a meal, and opened up a safe space for honest conversation. Ali from our Salem Alliance community came and shared with us about mental health, trauma, and how it shows up in the lives of students. She serves as a mental health counselor at Grant Elementary, is a middle school parent, and is one of those steady, wise voices our community is so lucky to have.

It was insightful. It was honest. It was deeply needed.
And it helped us become more prepared, more aware, and more compassionate leaders.

At Salem Alliance, we believe leadership starts at the heart.
That’s why we prioritize leader care—because we can’t steward students well if we’re not tending to our own hearts, minds, and souls first.

So grateful for voices like Ali’s. Grateful for spaces where real conversations are welcomed. Grateful to be part of a community that takes formation seriously.

This is us. And we wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🫶🏽
