Last Sunday we celebrated a very special day at Camp Adams. We worshipped outdoors, baptized three people and reconfirmed one, shared a wonderful potluck and BBQ, and enjoyed the magic of nature in Molala. Look for lictures coming soon!

An auspicious year for sure!

This was the year Charlotte and Obed Dickinson came to Salem. Oregon and began their ministry at First Congregational United Church of Christ - Salem, Oregon , the second church in town. It is the year that these staunch abolitionists came, welcomeing black families into the life of a congregation in a territory that would become an exclusion state.

We are proud to be in the lineage of congregationalists who sought justice long before it was fashionable.
