CALLING ALL MEN!

There is a powerful moment in Scripture where King David is passing the torch to his son, Solomon. His final charge to the next generation of leadership was simple, but heavy:
“Be strong, and show yourself a man.” — 1 Kings 2:2

But how do we actually do that in a culture that wants us weak and disconnected? Solomon answered that exact question years later:
“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

You cannot show yourself to be a man of God if you are fighting your battles completely ALONE. We were built for brotherhood. We desperately need each other to stay sharp, stay focused, and keep the fire burning.

That is exactly why we are launching Man Up!

WHAT IS MAN UP!?
This is not just another social club to fill up your calendar. This is an INTENTIONAL gathering. MAN UP! is a dedicated time set aside purely for the men of SFA to get together and do four vital things:

• Worship Together: Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with other men, lifting our voices, and shifting the spiritual atmosphere of our lives.

• Pray Together: Getting in the trenches to fight for our families, our church, and our city.

• Receive the Word Together: Opening up the Bible for heavy-hitting, unapologetic preaching tailored directly to the challenges men face today.

• Fellowship Together: Building the kind of authentic relationships where real accountability happens over good food and honest conversation.

WHY YOU MUST BE THERE?

The enemy thrives when men are ISOLATED. When you are isolated, your blade gets dull. Your vision gets foggy. The soot builds up on the glass. But when iron strikes iron, sparks fly, and the weapon is sharpened for the fight.

If we are going to be the KEEPERS OF THE LIGHT for southeast Arkansas, we cannot afford to have dull blades.

We are drawing a line in the sand. Make MAN UP! an absolute PRIORITY. Clear the schedule. Bring a friend, bring a coworker, and let’s step into the authority God has called us to.
