Sometimes we make plans with complete confidence, convinced that we know exactly where our lives should go. We set goals, map out our future, and hold tightly to our own expectations. But there are moments when God begins to work in our hearts, gently leading us in a different direction.
When God changes your heart, be willing to change your plans.
It may not always make sense at first. The new path may feel unfamiliar, and letting go of your own ideas can be difficult. But God's wisdom sees what we cannot see. He knows the opportunities ahead, the obstacles we're being protected from, and the purpose He is shaping within us.
A changed heart often leads to a changed life. New priorities replace old ones. Different doors begin to open. Things that once seemed important lose their hold, while the things of God become more precious than ever before.
Faith means trusting that God's plan is better than our own, even when it requires surrender. It means believing that if He is leading us somewhere different, it is because His purpose is greater than our preference.
So when God changes your heart, don't be afraid to adjust your plans. The One who guides your heart is the same One who holds your future. His direction is never a step backward—it is always a step closer to His perfect will.
