Marvelous Monday!!! Thought: The Lord Jesus is our Redeemer!!! That is, if we accept His plan of salvation.

Jesus will never force himself upon us. He will not respond like the SWAT team going after criminals in a dangerous situation. In other words, knocking the door down to get to us.

He has softly spoken, to us, since ascending up into heaven. According to Revelation 3:20, He stands at the door and knocks. It is our responsibility to let Him into our hearts.

Q. Will you let Him into your heart?

He will do a quick work in us if we let Him in. However, we cannot remain empty when He cleans us up, We need to allow His Spirit to stay and fill us to the point where there is no room for anything else to enter.

Have a Marvelous Monday!!!

Spectacular Saturday!!! Thought: The "valley of decision."

The Book of Joel, Chapter Three, describes a place where the Lord will judge the heathen (those who are against Him and against His people who reside in Jerusalem and Judah).

This place is known as the "valley of Jehoshaphat," or "Jehovah has judged."

The prophet, Joel received a word from the Lord that foretold the judgment of those who have not surrendered their will unto God.

This was a warning for that time, and it is a warning for us, today. We should not want to be found on the wrong side of God's judgment.

However, until He returns, there is still hope for salvation. If you have given your life to Jesus, then stay on the straight and the narrow way. If not, then do not wait until He returns, because multitudes will be judged by Him.

Give your life to Jesus, and let your name be written in the Lamb's Book of Life. Your will be glad that you did!!!

Fabulous Friday!!!! Thought: God knows your name. He will use it when He wants your attention.

Before he was known as a prophet and a judge of Israel, Samuel was a child living with the High Priest, Eli (1 Samuel 3:1-10).

Samuel did not know the voice of the Lord, but it didn't stop the Lord from calling his name.

You might not know the Lord, but that will not stop Him from calling your name. Like Samuel, you need someone to instruct you on how to listen, and how to respond to His voice. That's why you need to attend your local Bible Believing Church.

In the misdt of the confusion, in this life, God's voice can be distinguished from all the others. Especially, when He calls you by your name.

I am a witness of this, because this is why I am serving the Lord, today. He called me by my name.

Q. Are you listening?

Q. Did you answer and did you respond?

I hope and pray that you do.

Have a Fabulous Friday!!!!

Wonderful Wednesday!!! Thought: A Beautiful Sunrise.

This is a short thought. So, here it is. As I was walking this morning, I had the opportunity to see wildlife, and I took a video. However, I also took multiple pictures of the sunrise (some included).

So, looking at the sun breaking through the clouds, this morning, made me think of how it will be when Jesus arrives in His full glory. Only those who prepared themselves shall see Him, and I want to be one of many to do so. Only you can make that decision for yourself.

Until that time, I will need to keep waiting, in expectation, for that day to arrive, and so will you. Keep the faith!!!

Marvelous Monday!!! Thought: When is close, close enough?

Jesus had twelve disciples. Each were different in everyway. However, there were those who became men of whom He would call on to go further in their walk with Him.

After Jairus had convinced Jesus to come to his home to heal his daughter, Jesus selected Peter, James, and John to go with Him. The other men were instructed to stay behind until He returned from His spiritual task at hand (Luke 8:41-51).

When Jesus went up to the mountain, where He was transfigured, He only took Peter, James, and John with Him. They witness something that no mortal eyes have ever seen before, God in Christ (Matthew 17:1-9; Mark 9:1-10). The others would see this, after His resurrection from the dead.

Q. Why were these three men selected to walk closer to Jesus than the others?

I believe Jesus saw what was on the inside of these men. Peter would stand up on the day the church was born, and preach on salvation, James would be the very first, original disciple, to be martyred, and John would be the last original disciple to live without being martyred. All loved Jesus enough to be willing to die for Him.

So, the question is repeated, When is close, close enough?

Q. How close are you willing to get to Jesus?

Q. Are you willing to loose everything on this side of heaven to be with Him?

Have a Marvelous Monday!!!!
