On this Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we are reminded of a love that is personal, self-giving, and never exhausted.

A Heart that is open to all, wounded for us, and still pouring out mercy. May we rest in His Heart today, and allow it to shape how we love, forgive, and serve others.

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. ❤️

Faith, culture, and community came together this weekend as the Brazilian community of St. Paul Catholic Church in Tampa celebrated Festa Junina, also known as the June Festival! 🎉🇧🇷

The day began with Mass in Portuguese and continued with traditional Brazilian food, music, and fellowship. This beloved celebration honors the rural harvest season and the saints of June: St. Anthony of Padua, St. John the Baptist, and Sts. Peter and Paul.

What a beautiful reminder of the many cultures that enrich our Diocese of Saint Petersburg!
